Learn how to do Santa Cruz's favorite art form: Tie-dye! Mrs. Ruyle  and Ms. Williams will lead this experience. Each child will select their own pattern and colors and will learn how to tie-dye. One T-shirt per child will be provided, but children can bring two other items of their own choice to dye--socks, headbands, dresses, pillowcase...anything that's white can be tie-dyed! Party will be held outside at Lakeside. All current COVID-19 guidelines set forth by the Santa Clara County Health Department will be followed.

Lakeside parent, Kate Manning, will teach your kids to make a succulent terrarium via Zoom.  Each class will have a maximum of 5 kids to ensure your child can get some individual attention.  Terrarium kits will include a plastic terrarium, two small succulents, dirt, gravel, shells, crystals and special rocks.  Classes will be held on a Saturday or Sunday this spring or summer that works for everyone.  Any age can participate, but younger kids may need some parental assistance.
