Week stay in North Shore Lake Tahoe

This 3 bedroom/3 bath home that sleeps 8 is being offered for an one week stay (6 nights/7 days) based on availability for times when the home is offered at $305/night or less on the rental calendar located here: Snowglobe | North Tahoe Vacation Rentals (enjoytahoe.com). Currently there is availability in the months of May, June, September, October and November of this year. Look for the blue rectangle's which indicate the house available on the availability calendar. You have until May 1, 2022 to use the one week. Please note that the house is actively being rented and is done so on a first come, first serve basis. It is highly encouraged that you book your stay as soon as you can, after you are confirmed the winner of this package for best availability. The wining bidder is responsible for the cleaning fee which is typically $200, but depends on the state that the home is left in upon departure. Sheets and towels, are included, and the kitchen is pretty well stocked for cooking. The stay must be used all at one time and can not be broken into multiple stays. This must be used before May 1, 2022.

The soaring windows of the home provide amazing views of the surrounding forest, drifting snow or shimmering stars.

We all enjoy a beautiful day on the beach, but how about a sailing on the beautiful waters on Monterey Bay aboard the Chardonnay? The design of the Santa Cruz ’70 sailing yachts is very popular with sailboat racing enthusiasts. Although the hull and sail are designed for speed, the inboard amenities are many, unlike other racing yachts. There is plenty of safe and comfortable topside seating to view the sights and the wildlife of Monterey Bay. Chardonnay Sailing Charters has been able to create a highly-touted experience that caters not only to families, locals, and tourists but to seasoned sailors alike. This package includes a public daily excursion charter for 2 adults, a one night stay in a Deluxe Ocean View Room at the Dream Inn Santa Cruz located on the beach right near the boardwalk, a $35 gift certificate to Shadowbrook in Capitola (not too far from the harbor that the Chardonnay sails out of) and we have thrown in a bottle of 2013 Baccarossa, Mendicino Gold, Cabernet Sauvignon to help you have the perfect ending to an incredible day.

Whiskey and BBQ

Grab 9 of your favorite people for an evening of delicious food and drinks, and great company, hosted in a COVID compliant manner, outdoors, under the gorgeous redwoods on the tiered patios of the beautiful Price home. Desta Price and Matt Price are the generous and gracious hosts for this event!

Limited to 10 people total. Event will be held in the fall of 2021, outdoors, and in compliance with current COVID restrictions. Exact date to be worked out with Matt and Desta Price and the winners.

Beer & Bites

Hosted by Bodaxu Brewery, a private brewery on Black Road, this event will host 6 guests to a beer and small bites fest. On tap will be a minimum of 7 beers but likely more to try! As the winner of this event, you will be able to request one custom beer of your choice to be on tap when you arrive (a lead time of 4 weeks is required to take a beer through the brewing, fermentation and finishing process). Typical beers on tap will include: IPA, Irish Red Ale, Honey Brown, Dry Irish Stout, Pils, and German Kolsch.

The evening will feature a sample size of each beer so each guest can taste the same beer at the same time. Each beer offered will be accompanied by a food "bite" intended to pair with that style of beer. At any time, guests may request a pint of beer on tap from the tasting. The Bodaxu name comes from our 3 kids who have all enjoyed the Lakeside education.

Once the tasting is over, live music will be provided by former Lakeside parent and magical musician, Eric Horton and potentially another special guest.

At the close of the event, each guest will be able to get a commemorative Bodaxu Brewery pint glass to take home to remember the event.

Come, enjoy the great view and fun environment of the only private production brewery on the Mountain! Come eat, drink, and be merry on the mountain with tasty beer and bites!

Has your child ever wanted to call the shots in P.E.? Well here’s their chance! The lucky winner of this experience will help Kathy McKinney plan, organize, and teach the games in P.E. for an afternoon. This experience includes a whistle and fun pair of socks.

This will take place in school year 2021-2022 when PE is occurring on school grounds.
