Junior Scientist Party: Play with your food!
Come join Lakeside science teacher, Mrs. Greer and Lakeside parent, Mrs. Goodheart in the Art & Science room for an afternoon of fun, food-based science and art projects! You will make (and eat!) glow-in-the-dark gummy worms, write or draw secret notes with invisible ink and close them with one of Mrs. Greer's special wax seals, make and drink rainbow colored density layered drinks, create black light art, and much more!
Students will make and eat their own snacks, and take home a goodie bag containing a black light flashlight, chemistry lab ware, and other surprises.
When: Thursday, May 25 or June 1, 2:45 - 4:30 pm
Where: Ms. Greer's Science Classroom at Lakeside
Limit 10 Students grade TK - 5th Grade. $50 per person.

DIY Mother's Day Bouquets!
Join Lakeside parent Amanda Demers after school to make a beautiful Mother's Day Bouquet just in time for mom's special weekend! All supplies will be provided for one medium size bouquet, wrapped in moist paper and burlap for transport home.

Pokemon Party
We choose YOU! Join Lakeside parents Lauren Quilici and Nova Beck for fun, relaxing afternoon of all things Pokemon. Students will share/trade cards and play Pokemon. After game time, we'll watch a Pokemon movie. Light snacks and refreshments will be served.
When: Friday 2:45 - 5:00 pm (Date TBD)
Where: Lakeside Community Center
Open to 8 Students grades TK - 5th. $50 per person.

Night Out at Kathy McKinney's House
Drop your child or children off at Kathy McKinney's home, centrally located on Summit Road, for fun and adventure while you enjoy a night out on the town. Kathy will lead the children on a two-mile hike to explore a local historic site, feed them dinner, and lead them in activities. Weather permitting, we can have a small campfire. Space is limited, you don't want to miss this opportunity!
When: Saturday, June 17 | 5:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Limit 12 children. $125 per person. Must be 5 years or older to participate!

Challah with Hila
Take the day off, slow down, relax into the weekend by learning to mix, knead, braid, wait..., and bake fluffy ‘egg bread’, perfect for Shabbat or any dinner. Includes a light lunch and drinks. Participants will leave with their own ready-to-bake product and recipe.

It's Tea Time!
Join Lakeside Community Members from across the pond, Alison Goldsworthy, Gina Glenn, and Carla Long, for a proper High Tea in honor of King Charles III's coronation! Guests will enjoy traditional British tea and champers (better known as 'bubbly' in the U.S.) as well as tea cakes, sandwiches, and scones. Pinkies up!

Chainsaws & Beer Day
Join Lakeside Dad Toby Propp on his farm for an afternoon of tree felling and log splitting followed by BBQ ribs and beer.
When: Saturday, June 3rd | 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Where: Hila & Toby Propp's Home - Skyline Blvd.
Limit 10 Adults. $75 per person. No children allowed at this event. Each participant will be asked to sign a waiver.
